These Terms and Conditions govern the SMS text messaging program operated by NHR Holdings, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”).

Description of Service

This program is used for internal business text messaging. Individuals send work-related data submissions, such as hours worked, to NHR Holdings, Inc., and NHR Holdings, Inc. sends one-time verification codes, enrollment confirmations, and other internal business notifications. The program is provided only to specifically authorized individuals, including employees, contractors, and individuals closely associated with an employee. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How You Opt In

Enrollment takes place in person. An authorized NHR Holdings, Inc. representative gives you the program’s phone number and explains the program: the work-related messages you may send and receive, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that you can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out, and where to find these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are enrolled only if you agree by answering yes. NHR Holdings, Inc. then sends you a confirmation text message.
